1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note that advance booking is essential when using this gift certificate, and bookings are subject to availability. Please call the hotel or restaurant where you wish to make your reservation.

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to a scheduled appointment. For multiple treatments or groups of 3 or more, we require a 72-hour notice. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price if the required notice is not given.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatments to prepare. As a courtesy to the following guest, if arriving late, we will complete as much of your treatment as possible, but will end as previously scheduled & the full treatment fee will be assessed.
